What is your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround time is 5-10 days from confirmation of sales order and approval on artwork. For orders that require custom sewn labels, this can extend to up to 15 days during busy periods.
We rush delivery - order today, ships tomorrow.
Rush orders are for screen printing and promo items only.

When do you expect payment?
We take payments in advance of printing your order. Lead times begin at receipt of payment.
Prompt payment will ensure the fastest possible lead times.

What if I have a complaint or want a refund?
In the unlikely event of a complaint you must notify Slant Merch immediately. Please write in detail describing the problem with your order. You must email Slant Merch within three days of receipt of the goods.
We will need a description and photos of the images. We will provide you with return authorization number as well as return shipping labels. Once the product is received we will review the items and respond with in two business days.
